Welcome to Odriva's FAQ section. Below you'll find answers to the most commonly asked questions about our products, orders, shipping, returns, and more. If your question isn’t listed here, feel free to contact us.
1. How long does order processing take?
We typically process orders within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
2. What are the shipping times?
After processing, delivery within the United States generally takes 6–9 business days.
Total estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date of purchase.
Note: We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can also track your order through your Odriva account or by contacting our support team.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — you may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@odriva.shop with your order number.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be:

6. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We offer free exchanges for size or color variations (subject to stock availability).
We also cover shipping for exchanges on defective or incorrect items.
7. Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Odriva will cover return shipping with a prepaid label.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Are your payments secure?
Yes. All payments on odriva.shop are protected by SSL encryption and processed through secure payment gateways like PayPal.
We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card details.

10. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
11. Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, gift cards or digital products are not available for purchase on Odriva.
12. Do you offer international shipping?
No. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We are working on expanding our shipping zones in the future.
13. Can I return final sale or clearance items?
No. Items marked “Final Sale”, customized items, or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
