At Odriva, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for details about processing times, delivery expectations, and service coverage.
1. Order Processing
- Orders placed through odriva.shop are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays).
- Processing time may be extended due to incomplete payments, incorrect shipping information, or seasonal demand.
- If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you at support@odriva.shop before dispatch.
2. Shipping Timeframe
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- After your order is processed, standard delivery typically takes 6–9 business days.
- Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping) is generally 7–14 business days.
- While we strive to meet these timeframes, unexpected factors such as carrier delays, weather, or holiday congestion may occasionally affect delivery. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
3. Customs & Duties
- Because we ship exclusively within the U.S., there are no customs duties or import taxes applied to your order.
- If you have questions about your region’s delivery protocols, feel free to contact your local postal service or reach out to us directly.
4. Shipping Coverage
- Odriva ships to all standard U.S. residential and commercial addresses.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.
5. Order Cancellation & Returns
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

6. Additional Information
- Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Odriva is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
- Expedited or priority shipping options are not available at this time.
