At Odriva, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a straightforward and fair 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be in their original packaging, including any tags or inserts
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used items such as cups, glasses, or food-contact products are not eligible for return

Holiday Extension: Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase (order number)
  • Be shipped back within the 30-day return window

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or credit card) within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer:

  • Free exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability)
  • Shipping cost coverage for defective or incorrect items

To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@odriva.shop with your order number and reason for the exchange.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We do not refund original shipping charges (if any)
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage for your records.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used, damaged, or washed items
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital items
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery
